Yay.
So maintenance came out yesterday to fix our AC, since it's been hovering around 80 degrees and humid in here for a few days now. He gutted and cleaned the thing out after leaving it off with just the fan on to thaw it. He also fixed the dryer, go him. Dryer? Yay now. AC? Nonexistent, still, along with hot water. Nothing wakes you up like an icy blast to the head while washing your hair, oh man. Back to work for now, more to come later.
