i hate kids that have appartments "super short guide to move out"

Feb 06, 2006 16:42

i know a lot of ppl that are looking to move out and if you parents are going to be paying for you appt then you can stop reading this entry right now because it is meant for the hardworkers that are looking for help from other hard workers.

so here is the purpose of the entry

if you are ready to move out then you can say that:
- First you know how to find a place
- know how to take out a loan if needed
- you know how to do your taxes, balance your check book, and all that other stuff your mommy did for you when you were at her house
- you kmow what appartments are a good deal and which ones arent.
*********IF YOU GET THE APPT**********
- you pay your rent on time every month
- You pay your utilities (electricity, heating, maintainance) as they apply
- you pay you internet, cable and phone bills on time
- You pay your car payment if you have one
- You have a fulltime job with options
- You have goals
- You arent just there to have a good time.
- You realize that its an actual resposibilty, and just not a party house, its a stepping stone to own your own house.
- You can clearly say that your appt with be more exclusive than any other.

I hear everyone takin, oh im moving out here and were gonna party there, and all this crap. Well if you cant answer yes to all those questions above, the ones that apply to you, then dont move out yet. You're assets must be 100% on target and you must know how to do your shit before moving out.

growing up is a bitch, but everyone does it, its THE fad.

this isnt directed towards anyone by the way, most of my friends have fulltime jobs and could handle the cost and resposiblity. Its more or less a super short guide to moving out
