spirits full of holiday cheer

putting everyone in a good mood
we all sit down to a feast
the food, amazing to say the least
holidays are special times of the year
they bring goodness and cheer
bringing family together at last
they are over way too fast
memories of holiday fun
linger after the day is done
hope and promise in the air

Happy thanksgiving everyone!!! That poem is kind of general but it has a thanksgiving type theme to it don't you think? Well, I'm really thankful this year. In years past I haven't been as lucky as I am this year. This year I have many more friends. More than I ever thought possible. I love you guys. All of you, new and old! You make my life worth living you really do! I'm thankful for my friends. I'm thankful for so much. I've been having a really good year. Even when I'm down, I know someone will be there for me. I wasn't always sure of that until now. I'm also thankful that I'm finally being myself. I've always been withdrawn from everyone. I'm trying to stop that. I'm finally letting my true opinions get heard. I think its good. Very very good. =]
