[The image is hard to see at first, then Yubel moves back and settles in front of the gear so that anyone viewing can see both her and the egg in her lap. The egg is wrapped up in a purple scarf that Asuka might find familiar, as it's her Christmas gift to Yubel. [Asuka might end up getting a belated Christmas card or something. Yubel's just not used to doing things for others that don't involve furthering her acquisition of Juudai or possessing them. This whole thing is just so new to her!]

I...why did you get it for me? I know it was a holiday, but I don't quite understand why. [It's not like they're friends or anything. Right?]

Juudai is my friend, and you're someone very important to him. Past circumstances aside, I'd like to get to know you during our time here, and I thought a scarf would at least help with the cold. An offer of friendship, if that's all right.

Other than Juudai, I haven't had friends in a very long time. I've never...thought I needed them. [She might be rethinking that. Maybe.]

... I think everyone needs friends. For multiple reasons, but also because they're there to support you, as well as help you grow.

I know how Juudai feels about all of you. I don't remember ever feeling that strongly about anyone who wasn't him. I had friends before...but I don't really remember them now. It's been too long.
