So, one of the natural consequences of being a young woman working on a military base that houses a whole infantry division is that I (like the rest of my coworkers) get a lot of very, very pathetic attempts at flirting.
Most of the other ladies have had experience in retail and are heterosexual, so they can play this off with style.
When the grunts (many of whom are younger than me) try to hit on the Srs Biznss Lesbian? I am told the result is much like a manatee running into the side of an aquarium. Or a bird flying into a plate glass window. Apparently it is very amusing to watch my We Are Not Amused face in action.
