Didn't run today, I'm thinking I'll run 6 days a week and take Sundays off. Yesterday I tested myself again for situps, I'm up to 47 in 2 minutes, 50 situps is easy, but doing them fast is a lot harder than I thought, but I'm already close to the target for situps. I did 30 in a minute, but I hit a wall at 40 and had to push really hard to make 47 before I quit at 1minute 40seconds.
I weighed myself yesterday, I'm 15lbs heavier than I was thinking. Yesterday I was 295.2lbs. I'm disapointed 'cause now I have to lose atleast 50lbs in 4 months, and idealy, I'll have to lose 60+ in 4 months. I weighed myself this morning and I'm 293.8lbs? I don't know how much I trust that scale if it's saying I lost 1.4lbs in less than 12 hours. I weighed myself wearing the same exact things as yesterday (phone, wallet, keys, everything, haven't even taken a shit since the first time I weighed, nothing's changed). However, if I did indeed lose that much since yesterday, I'm on track to making weight in 4 months. It may not be the healthiest to lose so much so fast, but I don't really care. It'll be even worse when I come out of basic weighing 200lbs.
