Early Birthday Gift by Italian Artist Federico Rossi Edrighi
This is the third time I have received incredible art from my friend, Federico as a birthday gift!

My friendship with Federico started just over eight years ago. We were co-running a CHANGELING: THE DREAMING game (from White Wolf's World of Darkness systems) on an RPG website. We clicked rather instantly and would spend hours online creating new story ideas for our players and we both gained a huge respect for our creative minds.
Federico had an comic book series published over in Italy for awhile, but the company eventually went under. I used to help edit some of his work in English, particularly helping him with the use of slang and cultural expressions. For awhile, we began playing with the idea of making our own online comic series together, but nothing made it to the storyboard.
Federico now works for a very successful animation company in Rome, Italy and I had the pleasure of spending a few weeks with him, his family and his friends back in the Spring/ Summer of 2008 when I traveled through Europe for a few months. I hope he makes it to Canada soon, so that I can return the hospitality he had shown me!
As you can see, the man is exceptionally talented! He even got the tattoos on my fingers! I am so in love with this drawing! LOL!
*sigh* this picture makes me miss Europe so much! I long to return...
