Because music is the language of the SOUL, okay. And LOVE. The language of the SOUL and also LOVE, and that is almost as epic as the Doctor and Rose right there, as is. So whether you're making Rose discover a sultry talent for playing the triangle or the Doctor getting the landing right and actually getting them to Elvis with a side trip to Vienna for a bit of symphony action, or even if you want them to land on a planet where people hum for 8 hours of their day, it's all good.
