I kind of like fics where it's a little awkward at first, this whole TenToo and Rose on Pete's World thing. I liked this a lot, though, the contrast between Rose and Tony and Rose and The Doctor and that they finally figure it out at the end. The figuring it out is always my favorite part. : )

I think part of why I love Ten II/Rose is because there are just so many different ways you can take their relationship post-JE. Like you, I like reading and writing fics where it's not all smooth sailing at first, but I'm definitely a sucker for a happy ending, and, well, the challenge prompt was 'reunions'! I'm glad you liked the direction of this story. Thanks for commenting. =)

Thank you so much! I love post-JE fics too, so I'm really glad you liked this one. That sense of loss and confusion is exactly what I was trying to capture. Thanks for reading and commenting. <3

Yep...again it is proven that I am a sucker for a good post JE with TenII and Rose. So many possibilities swirling around in that universe...and so much fun to explore them all. This was nicely done and kept them in character as they danced around themselves and their own emotions.

Thank you! I always feel terrified about writing Doctor/Rose because I love them so much and worry about making them OOC, so I'm really glad you felt that this was in character. <3

I'm another of those who love TenToo and Rose not getting it all together straight away. I really think they both would have had some trouble adjusting. This was a wonderful take on that.
But I admit, they need to have a happy, or at least hopeful ending and you gave that.

Beautiful :)

It really wouldn't be them without a truckful of angst, right? Heh. I love that so many people think the same way as me when it comes to what the future might hold for these two.

Thanks for reading and leaving such a nice comment. =)

This is beautiful; it draws you in and holds you with its honest emotional intensity that grips you and refuses to let go.

You're very welcome!

I did keep wondering about Rose's side of this, while I read, since we could see his.

I am considering writing a companion piece from Rose's point of view, but I often shy away from doing that because I worry about the writing being too repetitive... but we'll see how it goes! =)
