I always felt sad that he never got another happy Christmas... So I was glad this was my opportunity to give it to him.

He might be a daft alien, he might scare the life out of her half the time… but she’d gotten him a stocking. And she trusted him with her daughter’s life. Because whether he was who she would’ve chosen for Rose or not - he was who Rose had chosen. And that made him family.
