*lol* I just spent a weekend with a friend, and I was forced - forced, mind you! - to watch the first two movies... Other than the very memorable moment when Jacob pulled his shirt off and revealed a very impressive eight-pack, I consider them to be roughly four hours of my life that I will never get back...

So, yeah, I'm with the Doctor and Jack on this one... :D

I haven't actually seen the movies in lieu of having read the books and then realised how much time I wasted reading them. I kind of equate reading them to watching a car crash - it's awful but you just can't look away because you need to know what happens next!

Lol. You know the Doctor would hate Twilight. He just would. If nothing else then for its lack of literary merit :P

The movies are actually much, much better than the books-- because it's hard to visually say "ocher" 800 times. They'd be solidly decent films if they weren't, y'know, bound by the fact that they have to follow to Twilight plot line.

Then again, I still haven't seen Eclipse xD

Can't you just see Nine throwing a book at her out of frustration though? My brain sees this as a scene where Rose was annoying him when he was trying to read and so he just chucks anything at her and demands she read it and she's so pissed that she retaliates with the nearest thing at hand ;D

Poor Jack. Of course he'd love the idea of reading a banned book. Shame it was Twilight :P

As you can probably tell, they're not my favourite books in the world. I kind of read them on sufferance because the last book I said "NO I AM NOT GOING TO READ THIS. JUST BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE LIKES IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT I WILL RAHHHH"....was Harry Potter. Which I now totally adore. So I gave Twilight a chance, I read them all and everything...

And now I bitch about whenever I can lol.
