Week 2 p90x

Sigh, another disappointing week. Still haven't lost a single pound. Oh well, maybe it'll come soon.

Overall a better week, I guess. Same workouts as last week. I can feel things getting easier. For instance; I can do more pushups, I don't get winded as easily, and I feel better overall during the workouts. I just wish that I could get some visible results.

Yoga X is still the hardest to me. Not because of what has to be done, but because I find it incredibly boring. The first 30 minutes is very hard and then after that it is all doable. I like high energy, lots of movement workouts and Yoga just isn't that.

My week is going to be cut short because I'm leaving Friday for Florida. I'll be playing beach volleyball while there and I'll stick to the diet with salads and grilled chicken. I should be ok on the workout side of things because running around in the sand for 8 hours gives quite a workout. The weather looks to be beautiful this weekend so I'm feeling lucky.

Maybe I can lose at least 1 pound. That would make me happy.
