Urgh. Today was supposed to be a very good day. I woke up at ten and it was really sunny even though the forcast said rain so I decided I was going to explore, then hand in some resumes. For some reason, I decided to hand in resumes first, which was a terrible idea. Apparently, I am bad at rejection. Every coffee shop in the University area is "Not hiring right now, sorry hen." In a foul mood, I decided to go home after two hours, thinking I would have a sandwich and head out again after 2 p.m.
Then my roommate was like, hey can you put £20 on the gas, oh and can you buy toilet paper, we're all out. URGH. Rent is due on Monday along with 2 months worth electricity and I was trying to not spend any money until then. Also, when I moved in she said I'd only pay £10 a month for gas. But whatever, now I'm not paying any more this month. So that was kind of a day ruiner, and I'm going to stay here and eat a package of stale Jaffa Cakes, drink wine and watch Californication. Blargh.
