washing dishes isn't the ideal way to bring in the new year. ideal is very drunk. ideal is with friends. but, after work i did some sitting and standing and laughing and watched suburbia. so all in all, not so bad. booze would have been nice, though.
the 3rd is max levine ensemble, camps, eat this mckinley, and aaron cometbus' new band, the name of which i cannot recall in louisville. should be good times. 10th is supersystem and french toast in nashville. i should be attending both of these shows...if you're in the area...go to them.
i got a 60gig video ipod for christmas. my parents spend too much. but you can't turn something like that down. a person sees that and their eyes get wide. it's pretty insane to have one, and in actuality i'd rather my parents not have gotten it for me. but i think it makes them happy to give to to me. but anyway, now i have an ipod and it kind of rules.
