Maybe some of the very same water molecules that took the lives of our neighbors, and our childhood photographs, and your house, and all the journals you’d kept your whole life, your deepest thoughts, our whole way of life, maybe those same water molecules slid back to sea and were the ones that came back and drowned that roller coaster. And maybe it’s just a matter of time before that same water comes for you, wherever you are and whoever’s reading this, so maybe you’ll make the same decision to live today and love today, and know that it all too shall pass, so don’t have regrets, because water was here before us, it made us, and it can take us back whenever it wants to."
