I AM POOPED ! AND I DO NOT LIKE Qc.Canadians!. Just thought you'd like to know. Here's why.
Our Company give out profit sharing twice a year. December and June. Well the folks who have been here for some time depend on it for their Christmas. The checks were late this year. I did backflips to get them back and forth to the home office to get them here as soon as possible. Anyway, they came Monday. I was so excited. Not so much for me because mine is so small,but the long time employee's get a pretty good sum. Anyway I get them to our CANADIAN mill mgr. Who has to pass them out personally. He has to write a letter of thanks to everyone to include with the check. I proof the letter and get it ready in record time. Monday also. No one got there check. Tues. they're asking me. I told them all they were here and he had them. Tues. no check. So on Wed. I told him to give out the checks because a lot of the people needed to get Christmas with them. He said he would...he didn't. So today, our last work day. He gives them out. Like it came out of his pocket. grrrrrr. Now some of our folks work until 8:00 tonight. Some banks are closed tomorrow. He is the most inconsiderate, inhumane, turd, on the face of the earth. He is spoiled,and has no people skills. I hope his stocking is full of dirt. Coal is to expensive, and switches could actually be used for heat too. I have been upset all day because of him.
Not to mention my grand baby has RSV. I'm worried. And, the fax machine died this morning. I have trucks that haven't showed up which means someone willhave to work on their holiday. I have had to get everything done ahead of time because of the holiday and my controller is no longer here. AND yesterday my mill mgr. had the audacity to ask me to take a potential replacement for the controller out to "see the county". I am swamped and he wants me to be a tour guide. Now I don't hate anyone...but he is really pushing it. The only silver lining here is that he is on vacation next week. I am soooooo glad. I hope all of his flights are late. And another thing, the server wouldn't take the back up tape this morning AND our corp. is trying to upgrade it. Arrrrgh.
I am going to see the sick baby tomorrow. I hope she is better by then.
