Friday after Thanksgiving. whew, I am tired. Tree is up. Out side is decorated. house is clean. Christmas cards written addressed and ready for Dec. 1. mailing.
We had a great Thanksgiving. Adam and Breeana came up on Wed. night. She was wonderful. She slept from 9:30 until 4:10 then until 8:00. Can't beat that. Then we all went to Granma's and she was really good there too. Our meal was the usual too much of everything. It was kinda sad because this is the first Thanksgiving without Gerald but it was still a good one. Today Granma and I went shopping although we didn't get up at 5:00 am we did get to the stores before they sold out of the "deals". We had a good time. I came home and made a left over turkey soup from a Food network program and it was/ is out of this world. Frank has been rabbit hunting all day. My Christmas shopping is done except for one little gift. From now until Christmas I plan to cook and fellowship. My sister had her hand operated on today and I am now off to see her.
