But I'm tired. We had a relatively good week with the in-laws. I got to S twice. (which is always bittersweet) But I am really, really tired. Time change throws us all off and had Lily up at 6:00 am for 3 days running. I've been up and in the office early because despite only missing two actual work days I feel a million miles behind. I think it's just my busy time and I have to deal with it. The fires have shrouded the area in smoke for weeks now. I can't imagine what it must be like closer. But the air is lacking oxygen and it has been 100+ since we got back. Did I mention that I'm tired.
Emotionally exhausted as well. It is draining managing my in-laws. On top of that my brother's wife was diagnosed with a rare but treatable heart condition while we were home. She'll have to have something called and eblation which may be up to a 10 hour procedure similar to angioplasty where they cauterize ssome rogue nerve bands around her heart so it doesn't hit 221 beats a minute. Because, you know, that's just not good. She's only 31. She's not fat or out of shape. It's a congenital arrhythmia that has suddenly caused problems.
