Tonight was the Cedar Hills weekly tournament, the first one of the summer season. My partner and I got par, which for an am-am team is pretty spectacular. Some other am-am guys who had to be 'baggin got 9 under, but who knows. If they were really playing on their skill level, congratulations to them. I couldnt have been happier with the way I played, and I think Jimmy and I are gonna start playing together some. It'll be nice to have another competitive player to play with again. Maybe I can start pushing 5 and 6 under at Kentwood again.
We went to trivia tonight too. I wont the big door prize which consisted of a Yuengling hat, a Jaeger lanyard, a Magic Hat stamped metal wall sign, and two free pints. I gave one to Jon since it was his birthday and I was going to buy him some beer but the lady brought the checks before I could ask to put his on mine. We also won trivia overall, so we now have $100 to spend over the next little bit.
Not much else. I'm hoping to move into my house this weekend. That will be a welcome move. I'm really excited about getting settled into the new place. I'm even more excited about finally getting to take my damn bed out of the box.
