For Team Dish
tv-universe Jenkins is constantly amazed, and sometimes rather depressed, by the material people create relating to King Arthur.
So many false assumptions, interesting tweeks, and much general hilarity.
1.
Knights of the Round Table by Monty PythonHoly Grail is Jenkins' very favourite Arthur related film. How can he possibly hate something that so artfully mocks the old stuffy literature?
This wins hands down as his favourite song, and with the new librarians....he feels it on a whole other level. (Sadly the Annexe is not just a model and they do insist on coming back).
2.
Sweet Sir Galahad by Joan BaezWhen he heard the title, he'd feared it's content. However, one listen provided it to be a very good song to be associated with.
3.
What Do The Simple Folk Do? from CamelotWhen Arthur returns, this will be the first (well once all the drama is done with) thing that Jenkins will show him. Never has he laughed so hard over a portrayal of his King and Queen.
4.
United We Stand from Quest for CamelotThis one is a little bittersweet. It matches more than many his feelings about those times and how things turned out. (He never fails to smile at the lack of Lancelot, Morgan and Guienevere in Sword in the Stone - one day he will dare to call Morgan Mim to her face).
