Hi Dave!
Just a quick note to welcome thepolemicist to Livejournal.
Dave is probably my oldest friend. Not that he's old, since he's my age. But he's probably the person that I've known the longest that I'm still friends with - we probably first met in grade 9 (1993?) and then became friends more in grade 11 or 12. But still... I've known Dave over 10 years, and since I'm only 24, that's 5/12ths of my life!
Dave was also the super cool Master of Ceremonies at my wedding 2 months ago. And is the star of my wedding DVD with his "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" dance. Go Dave!

In other news, I have a cold and it sucks. Darn those kindergarten students and all their germs!!
