Less than a month until Christmas???
I had been doing good "blogging" but I guess I got bogged down with the Thanksgiving break! Thanksgiving was wonderful!! After months of going back and forth about whether or not we were going to go back home for Thanksgiving, we decided to go. Unfortunately, I was sick the night before we were supposed to leave. My hubby talked me into going though and I ended up being fine the entire time, so I'm really glad we went! We both had a really great time. Thanksgiving dinner was a little different, since we didn't have it at my parents house like normal, but it wasn't that bad I suppose... just different. Friday, we did a little bit of shopping...as in, we slept in until 8:30 and didn't even get to the mall until 10-ish... SO not like me, but no biggie, I didn't have much I wanted/needed to buy. Then we went to O-town and hung out with his family for the day, which was nice. Got to meet my neice and hold her for the first time! She's cute! But definitely likes being held only by people she's familiar with :) That's okay. We came home Saturday evening, and yesterday we put up our Christmas tree and decorations!! How exciting!! I can't believe there is less than a month left until Christmas! We're staying on top of things though: cards are in the mail, tree is up, lights are up, and we have some gifts wrapped. Not bad!
P.S. - Going back to work after being off for almost a week is such a drag. Ugh.
