I think I've been walking solidly for four days solid, at least I feel like I have.
Thursday- flew to california. Stopped in Las Vegas and saw glittery hotels out my airplane window.
Friday- walked all over Chapman's campus then hung out in downtown Disney
Saturday- Did Disneyland and California Adventures. In one day. From opening to closing. 15 hours. It was a long day. But totally saturated in awesome.
Sunday- cruised Sunset strip. Except not, because there was a sign posted 'no cruising allowed'. Really! XD Saw the stars in the sidewalk and stuff. Stayed the night across the street from the Fox building in Century City. *dies* yowza!
Monday- walked around USC. It was gorgeous, but nearly impossible to get into. I'm applying anyway because if I don't it is impossible to get into. And nearly impossible is a better chance then impossible. Met with a bunch of really great LA people. Now I feel like I'm networking ^__^
Today- Walked around USCD. Found out that my dad is Dr Suess' biggest fan. No, really. He was pointing and bouncing like a Cat in the Hat fangirl in front of orginal sketches from "The Grinch". It was quite strange.
The rest of my time out here will not be so saturated with college tours, so it should be much more relaxing. :)
Randomness-
I saw a place called Mike Tompson's RV superstore, which made me giggle.
I don't think I'll be able to listen to my entire top rated playlist this vacation- it's grown to nearly 700 songs.
Quote of the day- "Building a computer then running windows on it is like giving birth to a child then cutting off it's arms"
Some guy working at Costco looked just like Sydney. It freaked me out- it was like a Deja Vu.
Will Ferrel apperently founded a wizarding club at USC when he went there.
I witnessed the ledgendary LA traffic. It was quite exciting- though my parents didn't show the same enthusiasm.
