So, Thursday, I have a particularly good call at work (I work for Charles Schwab, Customer Service). The gentleman is sweet, patient, and absolutely gushing by the end of the nearly hour long call. He asks to speak with my manager. I give him to Rob, and he provides a glowing accolade, which is promptly shared with the group. Apparently, he also asked for the address where he should send a letter to really put the icing on the cake.
I don't work Friday. Today, I come into work and I get sent to the front desk. He also sent me flowers. Beautiful, bright, lovely tulips.
Needless to say, I'm blushing most of the day. And wow. So very sweet.
