Name: Gracia Delune
Aliases: Azrael Burgundy, The mad prince, Az, Azzy, Azzy-chan, Sparks/Sparky, The white dragon
Affliation: Syndicate
Status: Fugitive
Age: 22
Personality: Confident, Egotistical, Self-concerned and competitive; quiet and cold, but quick to anger; not necessarily vain, but incredibly proud and self-assured, until Viede is concerned- becomes increasingly meek and submissive, but highly protective and possessive over everything/one she believes to be hers.
Bio: Born into the Aristocracy; caused the death of her mother durring birth and as such, nearly died within the woman's body until she was forcibly removed from the woman at the cost of being "damaged": mal-formed joints and twisted muscle tissue, making up the useless appendages that would have been her hands.

A highly intelligent child, with boarder-line genius potential, and the prized and pampered child, being the only legitimate heir to her father's name and fortune, causing immense tension between her and his mistresses and his second wife. Due to her mistrust caused by several attempted murder-plots by the aformentioned, jealous women, she became almost anti-social, prefering to spend her time by herself outside, or with her father. The fact of her deformities also aided in her seclusion, but this was remedied by her hands being removed and replaced with prosthectic hands, which were "upgraded" every six months in order to remain proportional to her growing body.

At the age of four, her aging father, now well into his late fifties, was diagnosed with a terminal, wasting disease. Shortly after he began to go insane, after realizing that his death was rapidly approaching, he became obsessed with his daughter, forbiding her to leave his side and eventually putting in his will, that once he is dead, she should be buried with him, at the suggestion of one of his mistresses.

Not two days later, he was dead, believing it to be of his disease, no one questioned it, except a few of the maids, who whispered about it possibly being murder-through-poison, however the rumors were never looked into by order of his second wife.

Shortly after the funeral, which Gracia had been banned from, (the adults making the excuse that "it would be too detrimental to her health", while at the funeral they told the blood-relatives that she had also contracted the disease but died earlier on, the father being too upset over to invite anyone to the funeral.) She was hunted out by her step-mother and the priest who had been hired to murder her and locked into a room with the man.

Knowing what was to come, her will to live ignated a rage within her and she struggled against him, until he broke one of the fingers of her prosthectic hands, exposing an open circuit, which she promptly lodged into his neck as she attempted to escape; successfully electricuting the man to death. A similar process led to the death of her step mother and three older half-brothers.

For nearly two years the house was left abandoned, and left to decay, as people feared the "ghost of Master Delune's daughter." Only when the rebellions began, did people begin to attempt to retake the house, mercenaries, bounty-hunters, criminals/rebels- seeking minor fame, fortune or simply a hide-out, all never being seen again after vanishing through the over-grown garden-mazes that surrounded most of the house; the front entrance having been destroyed by one of the first groups to enter, who had used an excessive amount of explosives, subsequently blowing their entire group, and the surrounding area to shreds.

Nearly another year had passed before anyone succeeded in entering and capturing the "ghost"; who was placed in numerous orphanages, psychiactric hospitals and jail, due to her inability to refrain from killing anyone who touched her. After three years of following this trend, the town that had once been practically controlled by her father, had a meeting and sentenced the girl to death.

Lacking the funds for any of the "humane" methods of killing, she was simply sentenced to be beheaded. On the day of the execution, one of the rebel faction-leaders came through the town, and decided to stick around to watch the "show." After watching two executioners make the mistake of getting to close to her hands; they were about to simply have the child shot, only to have Viede distract the council leader by asking what a ten year old girl could have done to deserve execution, only to becoming fascinated with the "wild child" and offering to take her in, paying the equivalent to three hundred dollars to cart her off and never allow her to return. The day after they left, the town was suddenly bombed by an unknown group.

After only three months, Viede had managed to get through to her and as such, became her world, teaching her and caring for her as if she were his own. Shortly there-after, he renamed her "Azrael Burgundy", after the rumored to be mad, Prince of the monarchy.

After two more years of war, Viede's faction, Nocturne, allied with another faction, Kreuz, successfully defeated and claimed dominance over the territories once under the monarchy's control.

However, shortly there-after, there was a split between the factions, Nocturne simply wanting control, and Kreuz wanting to make a better, more unified, nation. The two soon became known as "The Syndicate" and "The Government" respectively.

The Syndicate was controlled by Viede, and as such ruled completely through force, terror and blackmail, but to those who didn't oppose it, or even worked with it, it was a haven which was free, and more or less equal and fair in its dealings; however brutal to those who went against it or its laws. While the Government was practically useless, however still able to stand up against, and fend off the Syndicate, however powerless to actually move against it; and so it retreated into the background and remained practically dormant for the next eight years.

Meanwhile as the Syndicate grew, a council of five elected members being used to control and run the organization as it continued to expand. In order to become one of the members, if all five were still active, was to kill one of them. For four years, Azrael had continued training under Viede, and had become his bodyguard, and thus was always present at every one of the council's meetings. When it was announced that she was planning on attempting to get into the council, one of the current members instantly resigned and went on a long holiday, but remained in constant contact with the Syndicate. And for the following three years, Azrael remained in her position in the council, however often challenged by some of the new recruits/lowest-ranked members.

However, this ended abruptly, when the government finally moved against the Syndicate after its eight-year period of domancy, and in one day, had destroyed the five main strong-holds of the Syndicate in the captial city, and three others of those spread out over the territory. Over the course of six months, it systematically destroyed and captured all of those loyal to the syndicate, and sent the survivors into hiding, on-going manhunts continuing into the present day.

Currently a fugitive on the run, accompanied by an ex-hunter from the government, Kirima; her body rapidly falling prey to the same disease that was killing her father.
Appearance: 155 cm, 90 lbs; waist-length white hair; pale, nearly bluish skin; vibrant, chemically-inhanced, green eyes; a love for loose, boyish clothing, as well as the colors black, silver and emerald green.
Extra: Extremely sensitive of her hands; not feeling-wise, as they have no nerves; but is always aware of where they are, what they're doing and what is around them, as to refrain from electricuting anyone unintentionally. The prosthetics she recieved from Viede are far more advanced than the broken, undersized ones her father had given her; allowing her to controll the electric-output based on the positions of her fingers.

Name: Daniel Fitch
Aliases: Viede, Taiga-kun, "That blond bastard", "Vie-vie", "Doomy-doom Bossman of Doomedom"
Affliation: Syndicate
Age: 34
Personality: Easy-talking, quick-witted, calm, cool and collected; until something gets under his skin, when he promptly becomes cold, cruel and all-too calculating, with a sadistic streak. Controlling and manipulative; almost sociopathic in his lack of caring for others, though he is well aware of their emotions.
Bio: Born into a military family- his father the Brigadier General in the Royal Army, his mother a retired First Lieutenant who served under his father; his elder brother already having achieved the rank of Captain by the time Daniel was born. Naturally, he attended an all-boys military academy; exceling in all aspects of his school life- breezing through acedmics, breaking record after record and winning award after award in sports and extracurricular activities. He graduated from his secondary school at age 9, and entered a military university, from which he graduated three years later. Durring that time, he recieved many love-confessions from both the girls of the counter-part all-girls military academy, even a few from the university, and from his fellow male classmates, all of which he polietely declined.

During this time, his father had been promoted repeatedly, until he became informed of the true state of injustice and tyranny that the empire ruled with. He became sick of it all, and rapidly began plotting the King's assassination. Six months after Daniel graduated from the University, his plot was uncovered and he was immediately labeled a traitor and his death warrant was distributed.

Durring those six months, Daniel had began withdrawing into himself, and eventually refused to leave the house durring the latter three months. Finally, his mother was able to coax him into visiting the outdoor market to buy food for his brother's thirty-third birthday.

While he was away, a special division of the royal guard entered his home and slaughtered all of those within before leaving.

Daniel returned to find his house in shambles, his parents and household staff laying dead in every room of the house, his brother scattered through the hallway of the second floor.

He was immediately found, siezed and sent to the "mourning ward" of a rather expensive Correctional Center, where he met another patient, the daughter of a self-made billionaire, Charolette Gatz, who was residing there due to the recent death of her mother during the birth of her sister. The two were the only one of their age group, and naturally drew to each other, Daniel interested in Charolette due to her silence, Charolette drawn to him for what he had to say. Eventually they formed a bond- a bond of hatred for the society that created and allowed such a place, hatred for those who forced them there, and hatred for those responsible for the indirect cause that sent them there. Eventually they both ran out of their allotted time in the mourning ward, and were sent directly to the pediatrics ward of the facility, where they were put through radical new treatments that were less than ethical, causing more damage. Eventually they realized that if they pretended nothing was wrong they would be released. Charolette, having arrived two weeks before Daniel, was given a psychiatric evaluation, which she passed and was sent home the following day, after giving Daniel all the contact information she could.

A week later, an explosion the Army's Weapons Testing and Manufacturing Facility, caused by a premature detonation, resulting in massive explosions of all the stored weapons, the blast decimating a nearby city and a Level-4 BioContainment Pathology Center, which was placed irresponsibly near a residential district, and subsequently the Correctional Center, resulted in a mutated form of Ebola, which particular strand that mutated is up for debate. Needless to say, all the people within the Correctional Facility and neighboring businesses and residential areas were infected. The virus was characterized by destroying small parts of the brain, incubating in the eyes and eating away at the internal organs, and if the virus didn't kill the person, the fever resulting from the infection normally did. Daniel was one of 28 survivors out of the 3,000 patients and staff in the center. After a week and a half of quarentine and a psychiatric evaluation, he was deemed "safe" and allowed to leave.

An escort from the Army was brought in and supposed to take him to his new house, granted to him by one of his father's friends, only to suddenly snap the man's neck without warning after over-hearing a conversation and thus discovering who killed his family and why. He took control of the vehicle, stripping the body of its uniform and dumped it into a nearby river.

Barely half a day had passed before there was a search warrant issued, and he was persued. Without a second thought he fled to Charolette Gatz's home, jumping over a fence and landing in the pool. His timing was perfect, as at that moment, she was spending some time with the pet her father had given her, which just so happened to enjoy swimming in the pool, as it was a rather large, hybrid of which particular sort, he neither knew nor cared. After the initial shock, she recognised him immediately and went to help him, pulling him out of the pool and staying next to his side. As soon as he was able, they moved up to her room where he told her what happened. She immediately agreed to help him, and in response, he impulsively kissed her, infecting her with the virus as well. For a little over a week they remained at her home, detained the later four days as she suddenly came down with a fever, but quickly recovered.

They planned to leave to go to her family's vacation home, to wait out Daniel's trouble. Only to have Charolette smother her infant sister the night they left, leaving them on the run.

They were together on the road for only a few days when Daniel suddenly became violently ill; his blond hair falling out in clumps; blood pouring from his nose, eyes and mouth before he collapsed. They were undisturbed that night, and when Daniel awoke in the morning his eyes had gone from blue to a reddish-brown color; his pupils becoming a cross-shaped, glassy-blue star-formation. The same fit occuring with Charolette exactly three weeks later, however far more violently.

They remained together for two years until Charolette used herself as a distraction and was captured, then moved into a Correctional Center for treatment. However her condition, rage and subsequent insanity drove her to slaughtering most of those in the compound nearly a year after she was put into the center. During that time, Daniel had switched his name to Viede and begun gathering allies, one of which was Doctor Fenrey "Fey" Booker, who worked at the Center where Charolette was being held, and was able to get her to Viede safely.

Slowly, the group filtered into the army, and towns, spreading anarchist ideals and dissention among the people. When he was eighteen, and Charolette nineteen, a child was concieved but shortly there after, Charolette went into hiding and has been missing ever since. At age 24 he discovered Gracia Delune and renamed her after one of his main pursuers and former playmate, Azrael Burgundy, who also became infected, though exactly how is unknown. He was shot to death at age 34.

Appearance: 170 cm, 135.4 lbs/61.41 kg; semi-short, strawberry-blond hair with strange black streaks along the sides, giving it a tiger-like appearance. He has reddish-brown eyes with strangely discolored pupils almost cross-like in shape, upon a closer examination (however this is usually impossible as he has a fondness for sunglasses, as his eyes are light-sensitive). Lean, if not boarderline skinny, build; moderate-to-mildly tan caucasian skin tone; strangely-patterned scar on the right side of his face. Rather fond of fashionable, if slightly "retro" clothing styles, as well as the colors that best compliment his skin and hair (red, dark blue, gray/dark gray, and brown).
Extra: Extremely fond of silver, and whips, as such, has his "private" collection of whips made specially with strands of silver interwoven with the leather, as well as used on the base and tips of every tail. Also fond of translucent fabrics and the smell of gasoline and cigarettes.

Name: Azrael Kael, Kiri-kins, K-2
Affliation: Government, Specifically- "The Organization"
Status: Fugitive
Age: 30
Personality: Moody and not necessarily brooding, but definately quiet and thoughtful; unless the situation "requires" more emotion, such as durring a fight (particulary with Azzy/Gracia or Viede), in which he becomes loud, rash, impulsive and a sickening mix of sadistic and masochistic.
Bio: The first son, and second child of the King's third wife; born before they were married, and recieved constant animosity from everyone around him, his mother included. The only ones who didn't seem to want to hurt him, were his father (who simply didn't acknowledge him), those of the household staff too low on the chain to even see him, and the general populus who were generally unaware of his existance, (the latter of the three was never a part of his daily life).

As a child, he attended the best schools, and had the best tutors, subsequently having the highest grades. He was good at sports, and although preformed poorly in team sports, he preformed spectacularly in one-one sports. Due to his pent-up anger at those around him, he enjoyed more violent activities such as picking fights after school, fencing, sparring and target-practice (which usually had his teacher becoming the target. Subsequently, he went through 14 teachers and about thirty servants before his mother had a complete training facility built, for his private use).

At age eleven, he requested to be in charge of the hunt for Daniel Fitch, knowing that if he caught him, it would be his key to being accepted by his family.

Numerous times he nearly caught Daniel, and ended up engaging in fights, but always lost, either physically beaten until he was unable to move, or Daniel would escape. Eventually, after two years of encounters like these, he managed to catch Charolette, who bit his arm as he injected her with tranquilizers. Even though the virus had long since left her body, there were still cells and bacteria which carried traces of the virus, and a week later, he became bed-ridden, with a constant fever of over 56.67 degrees Celsius. The fever broke within the following week, but he was never the same again. The fever had destroyed small parts of his brain, and he began to act as if he was Infected, however his eyes never changed, nor did his hair fall out and or change color. His mother, now married to the King, couldn't bare to send him to a Correctional Center, especially with rebellions starting, and so he was simply left in charge of his two year old sister, who seemed to calm him.

When she was not around however, he took to muttering to himself, becoming extremely paranoid and increasingly volatile, breaking vases, noses and chairs suddenly without warning or definite reason.

Shortly after, the rebellion became a revolution and he was captured by a group under Daniel-now-Viede's control, and was shot at point-blank-range and left for dead.

He awakened in a hospital bed a year later, having forgotten everything except an imense hatred invoked by the names Daniel and Viede. Due to his "angelic" appearance and "miraculous survival" he recieved the name "Kael" from one of the people whom he lived with after being released from the hospital. Shortly thereafter, a he was brought into the home of the "Kirima" family, and the name stuck.

Eventually he found out who Viede was and quickly began training with members of the Kreuz faction, and ended up joining when he learned of their plans to move against Viede and the Syndicate. One year before the fall of the Syndicate, he attempted to assasinate Viede, using a sniper-rifle, only to be apprehended by Viede's bodyguard, the child-like Azrael, who promptly kicked his ass until he was within the reach of death before suddenly stopping, never dealing the killing blow, as he accidentally let the word "Angel" slip. Stunned, she simply told him that she would kill him if they ever met again and knocked him unconscious. Exactly one year later, durring the Government's siege of the Syndicate, he ran into Azrael again, and a fight ensued. He managed to hold his his until Viede arrived to aid Azrael, and knocked him to the floor. Without a second thought, he shot, only to have Azrael use herself as a shield for Viede, then pass out due to the pain. They got away, but he persued them, and found Viede without Azrael and shot him, making sure he was dead before leaving.

He was with the government for another two years before running into Azrael again, and finally gaining the upperhand. Except when the opportunity to kill her, he realized "it" was a girl, and ended up being unable to kill her, thus being labeled a traitor and immediately persued.
He remains a fugitive, on the run with Azrael, unable to kill her for good.
Appearance: 177.5cm, 156lbs./70.75kg; dark brown eyes, olive-tinted skin; shoulder-length black hair. Normally wears loose shirts, tight pants and dark colors.
Extra: Addicted to coffee and cigarettes; enjoys good personal hygiene almost to an extreme. Fond of young girls, but in a completely platonic sense.

Name: Miguel Rodriguez
Aliases: The black dragon,
Affliation: Syndicate
Status: Defected/Fugitive
Age: 25
Personality: Friendly, however initially shy and withdrawn, while constantly self-conscious of his appearance. Confident in his abilities, if not slightly arrogant. Exceedingly loyal, and though not incredibly short-tempered, or quick to anger, once pushed to the limit of his tolerance, will react violently, however never deadly.
Bio: Born to the mistress of a local aristocrat, who was married at the time. Looking nothing like her husband, she gave the infant to a servant to "dispose" of. The servant took pity on the child and simply handed him off to an orphanage. Shortly after, the orphanage went bankrupt and the children were given to a church on the boarder of the territory. He was adopted by a local doctor and trained until he was ten, when the area was raided, and Miguel was captured, then sold to a slave merchant, specializing in child-sales. He was sold to a rather radical research facility, where horrible experiments and certain "changes" were forced on him.

He remained at the facility for two years before being "rescued" by Viede's assistant, Renfey "Fey" Booker, and placed under Viede's "care." A year later, at age thirteen, Azrael/Gracia joined their little "family" and became tightly bonded to him. As they got older, he began to feel more than just brotherly to the corpse-child, who didn't know how to react to his multiple confessions and advances, and began to push him away, clinging tighter to Viede.

Depressed, he withdrew into his studies and spent more and more time with Fey, learning all he could from the biologist and former doctor.

When the Syndicate fell, he had already been positioned at a small, private hospital, and in which, he healed Azrael's injuries, before hiding her still-unconscious form under a few, easily removed floor-boards, when the building was stormed by Government soldiers. He was taken to the level-13 prisoner detainment center, where only the most noctorious or high-ranked prisoners of the govenment were held. It was here that he met Rosalie, at first mistaking her voice for Azrael, and in a state of delirium, talked to her as if he was the object of his still-lingering affection.

Eventually he managed to escape, taking the former princess with him, and staying with groups of loyalists, and managing to retain both of their freedom by leeching off the remaining wealth of the royal family.

Appearance: 182.5cm, 210lbs/95.24kg; semi-short, messy brown hair; honey-colored skin; hazel eyes. Slightly softened angular features, and a rather sharp nose (however not beaked).Attractive, if one can look passed the metal plated-blades protruding from his shoulders, elbows and knees; a metal spine-like projection running from the base of his neck to the tip of his tail-bone, which can allow for the deployment of his sharpened and alloy-coated spinal-chord as a weapon; similiar metal plating protruding from each of his ribs. Also has metal skeletons protruding from his hands- from the wrist over each fingernail, giving it a claw-like appearance. Small, nearly invisible scale-like blades dot his cheekbones. Normally dresses in loose, but conservative clothing, of no particular style or color, as long as their comfortable.
Extra: Adores soft, squishy, fuzzy and furry things, and taking naps in the sun. Enjoys eating sweets with strong iced tea, reading, practicing his skills, and spending time identifying herbs and edible plants, which he would usually end up forcing on Azrael. Doesn't do well with water, and only uses it to bathe, and even then does not waste time or find it relaxing, for obvious reasons.
