Wow.....
Rockin' awesome weekend.
So here's the recap
Friday: Went to work, got a call from Ty saying I had to go to Chisago. Fantastic. So I went up there, worked on graphics for a bit, then came back around noon b/c Kristina was getting in town. So she came here and we went to the Ice Center and went skating. It was really fun, but she had never been skating before, so it was pretty interesting. After that we hung out for a bit and watched 40 year old Virgin. Then we went out to Edinburgh with my parents for dinner, and after that we hung out again and watched some TV.
Saturday: We got up and went to Panakoken for breakfast, then to Laura's house to drop off Cassie's baby shower present, then Kristina and I went to MOA. It was a rockin time. We went to Underwater World, did a little shopping, I picked up some stuff for my apartment, we saw LEGO land, of course. No Camp Snoopy, or "The Park in the MOA" as they call it now, b/c Sunday was Valleyfair.
So we came back, ate dinner, then met up with Molly and Cheryl, who was fresh from Georgia, and we went downtown to see the fireworks. We tried following very shady directions from a very drunk Lisa, and finally ended up watching the fireworks from the Hennepin Ave. bridge, which worked out really well. met up with Lisa's group, saw Colt and Rachel and all them. Lisa seemed very excited to see Cheryl. After that Kristina and I came back home and watched a movie.
Sunday: We went to church, then went down to EP to meet up with Dan and Leslie to go to Valleyfair. That was a blast, we had a lot of fun, and of course the girls went nuts to see each other again. After that we had dinner at their house, got to meet their other bro, John, who goes to the U and knows Phil and Courtney. Kind of weird.
Monday: Got up at 4:00, said goodbye to Kristina, then went to chisago. Got there at 6:00, worked straight from 6:00 till 4:00 with no break. I stood up 3 times. Needless to say, I got tons of work done.
Today: Got up, worked out, went to the dentist, then went up to Chisago, so I was there by 9:00. Finished the high school, then moved off to the Middle School. Should be able to finish that up by tomorrow, hopefully. I don't mind that town, but it's a pretty long drive. After that I went to Maggie's house for Christmas in July! It was a rockin' time. Squeech was there, haven't seen him for a while. Then Shaun and Fuzz showed up. Then in the middle of writing this post Nate called me and told me to pick him up so I went over there, said hi to his fam, then took him over to Maggie's, said hi to everyone, talked to Death for a bit. Now it's bed time. Goodnight
