I'm all depressed now. I had to take Mal back to the Apple store because he was running unbelievably hot and was hanging up apps all the time. It's probably a bad system install, rather than the hard drive. Unfortunately, that means I lose my pretty, free upgrade to 10.3.9 and have to go back to 10.2.8, because I don't have a 10.3 disc or $130 to ( Read more... )

No, they won't reinstall with 10.3. I have to do the reinstall with the disc that came with my computer. So I'm SOL.

Damn, that sucks.

On the bright side, I am downloading DVD rips of DS9 if you want some? When you get Mal back, that is. I can burn and mail if you have a bunch you'd like.
