Graduation. Come on, sing the Vitamin C song with me.."As we go on, we remember...all the times we had together..and as our lives change.."
If you haven't heard that song you need to. its essential to every graduate.
Anyway. I feel that I have never gotten to say what i wanted to say to everyone. yearbooks for me just don't do the trick, and most of the time you can't write all that you want to say because your hand hurts, the bell rings, or you simply can't put your relationship with that person into words.
I am not going to single anyone out because if i forget anyone Ill cry and if i didn't put you down you'd hate me..blah blah blah.
If you are in my life, i know you.
I don't care if we were pals in elementary school, never talked again.
best friends in middle school,really good friends during one of the four years and had a fallout, or maybe i just met you a month ago.
either way, the lives that you live, the personalities you've shown me, have made me who I am today.
If you've befriended me, you've fufilled me.
If you've invited me, you made me feel accepted.
If you've encouraged me, you pushed me farther
If you've doubted me, you made me certain i would succeed
If you taught me, you belived in me
If you understood, then I knew you really listened
If you listened, I knew you understood
If you laughed with me, we had a moment
If you laughed at me, you know what humor is
If you love(d) me, then you need to know that i LOVE YOU infinity plus 2
If you gave up on me, you've give me the drive to be happy.
If you trusted me, we shared a sacred friendship
If you didn't trust me at one point or another, you'll never know how much i cared about you, and how much trust means to me.
When you thought you broke my heart for not believing me your plan backfired, it made me stronger.
Don't ever get too caught up in yourself. Confidence is needed, but you should never lose the butterfiles in your stomach, if you do, something is wrong.
Your talents are what make you unique, but don't get caught up in them. Respect other talents as well, give appreciation to the world around you, not just what is involved in your daily life.
I don't care what has ever happened between us, or what will happen between us. You are the people the make up my life, and we've already been on earth 1/4th of our lives. Whether you like it or not you're a part of me I will never forget.
