Areas of Focus:
(1) Speed - The efficiency and velocity of the system; how fast it takes you from Point A to Point B.
(2) Reliability - Frequency of stops
(3) Cleanliness - Age of Bus, Maintenance
(4) Ease of access - How accessible is the mass transit system every so number of yards/meters?
(5) Ease of understanding - How logical is the system? Easy to use and understand.
(6) Multi-Modal Transit Systems - Bike, Bus, Metro, etc... Wide variety of choices and to increase efficiency through different mediums. (ex. Metro to Bus to Bike or vice versa)

Cheaper or Preliminary Methods for Mass Transit Development:
(1) Bike Lanes
(2) Wider Side Walks
(3) Mixed Use Zoning (putting commercial zoning underneath residental living )
(4) Multi Use Spaces

Large Scale Changes:
(1) High Speed Regional Trains
(2) Large Scale Subway and Bus network
(3) Innovative Net Solutions: Park and Ride? Car and Passenger Trains?
