The cake is a lie.
While I play videogames fairly often, I'm not much of a hardcore gamer sort. For example, I've never played any of the Half-Life series. Yes yes, heresy, I know. I don't have anything against Half-Life or something. There's a lot of great games out there that I've just never gotten around to playing.
However, I now want to buy the Orange Box compilation. Why? Because this song won't get out of my head. I was curious enough about the lyrics to do some research on the Portal game itself, and I must say it looks awesome.
Coincidentally, the song in question was written by Jonathan Coulton, whose music I've recently become a fan of. Talk about icing on the cake.
