My peoples!
Sorry for being so incommunicado these past few weeks, friends. Working two shifts usually nets me between 43-50 hours a week and I'm lucky to have one full day off.
On the plus side, at the library I've been able to work on my Spanish a little and I've seen the widest spectrum of people I have ever been exposed to in my entire life. People from all walks of social condition and ethnicity come to the library--the middle-class, the poor, the homeless, non-English speakers, the old, the young, the sick and suffering, the happy and healthy. It can be a bit overwhelming at times, but it's fascinating.
And yet my library consortium does not have any copies of 'Gladiator at Law.' What's up with that?
I hope everyone else is doing well. I'll probably drop by Icy's this Saturday evening, but even so I just wanted to remind everyone, as they should be from time to time, that babies, you're all adored! <3
