i hate to admit it, but i love doing things last minute. like shopping for presents. because the wrapping part becomes more fun and exciting. i had about thirty minutes to do this before i had to leave for our high school barkada Christmas party:
our theme this year was Mafia.
Everyone came in mostly black, except for Meg. It's fun to pretend we're mean people...
but we really just like to have fun and laugh a lot.
I laugh hardest and truest when I'm with my high school friends.
Last night, after I finished setting the table for Christmas dinner
(this photo was taken during my "dry-run" on thursday night)
I sat down to do more wrapping...
And then Euge came, to have dinner with us! I didn't expect he would :)
Our Christmas eve was simple but awesome. This morning I ate a brownie with plain yogurt and a couple pieces of maki for breakfast (i know, weird combination) and I finally finished wrapping my presents :)
Washi tape is so wonderful. Now I want to wrap presents for a living. :)
I felt like driving around to look at lights after mass, but there was really nowhere i needed to be but home.
I hope your Christmas was simple and meaningful and sprinkled with bits of joy, like ours. :)
