the everydayness of denim
boyfriend jeans are so easy to wear because they suit my lifestyle and my (straight and no butt) body type. currently i have two in different washes and different degrees of slouchiness and patchiness and i wear them with everything. i just realized that these two have been in daily rotation since eight months ago! i don't think i've loved any other pair of jeans that much!
i have learned to size down when getting these jeans. i bought my real size for the first pair and i had to have them taken in because they'd fall off (my non-existent hips) after a couple of hours of wearing - i'm not sure if anyone else has this experience?
i'm so happy with these jeans i'm thinking of purging the rest of the 15+ jeans in my closet that i rarely wear. maybe ill keep one or two, a light wash and a dark wash, and that's probably all i need in the jeans category. i'm obssessed with editing my closet this year and keeping only the things that i really love and wear.
i'm curious: what is your trusted brand/type of jeans, and why? i'd love to know. :)
