(no subject)
Hey guys, how are you all? I hope you're well. I am so sorry, but my commenting is going to be terrible This computer at my home is too slow, I do try to read as much as I can and for those of you on mine and Erin's friends list I can get that stuff from her. But anyway it's just a quick note to say that I do still care.
Work. How is work you ask? Brilliant! I'm having fun so far. A bit overwhelming at first as I think you can understand, but a lot of fun. I'm going to learn a lot this summer. Not only about cars but about having a job and people and everything. I get to organize the summer camps with another summer worker, turns out she's a friend from school, so it's all good. It's fun becuase we get to think up fun, educational things to do. THere are 4 summer camps and they all have different themes. One day is "The Wild West" the next is "Cars" then "Planes" and finally "Behind the Scenes". I'm doing the Wild West and Behind the Scenes.
I also get to drive the old vintage cars around the site. I got to learn how to drive a 1927 Modle T yesterday and a Fifty-something Pontiac, it's a 3 on the Tree. It's so fun. The modle T is like nothing I've ever driven. The gas is on the steering whell, the pedles are for forward back and break and there is only low gear and high gear. Fun none-the-less though.
I'm working all through this weekend but it's going to start being regulated so I get Friday and Saturday off. I think that's pretty sweet!!
Well I best be off. I need to go sit down. I have tired feet. Oh guess what else?!? Because I'm front-line staff, I get a walkie talkie! Okay, they like to call them 2-way radios, but whatever they are, I feel coooooooool!
