My MCU AU Fest letter

Dear Author,
Thank you so much for writing for me! I am sure that anything you come up with will be wonderful! The purpose of this letter is to provide some ideas and, hopefully, encourage a plot bunny to pop up and head off. But if nothing in this letter is helpful, feel free to run with your own idea. However, please, don't include my do-not-wants.
Do Not Want:
- Friend or lover betrayal (unless it's canon)
- cheating
- break up fic between/among the requested characters
- gen or pre-slash about my requested characters
- het pairings (except for Agent Carter: I love all the AC het fanon and canon pairs)
- permanent character death (I like temporary death and presumed death tropes)
- fic ending with one-sided or unresolved feelings or completely hopeless mood.
- Civil War drama (as in: please no Team Cap/Team IM is proven right/wrong in your fic).
- Stucky whatsoever (I prefer them considering each other as brothers)
- Pepper
I Do Love: any kind of shippy fic about my pairings, though especially first times. ♥ I’m also a sucker for slow burn and all the hurt/comfort scenarios, especially when the character is (or both them are) put through the wringer! I love when sexy-times happen as a misguided means of coping with the hurt, of the psychological kind especially, like past torture or non-con for example. I enjoy canon compliant fic as well as divergent canon AUs.
I love all the characters that I am requesting to bits, I love dysfunctional-couple and team-as-a-family dynamics, competent characters, hard-to-break characters that get broken, and a lot more. If your fic includes hurt/comfort, I have a preference for hurt!Steve, hurt!Rhodey (especially concerning his accident on the Civil War movie), and definitely hurt!Jack. :D

About this ship, I love that Rhodey and Steve have something in common (the Team, Superheroing and especially both want to protect the Country and have military background/have fought a war) but they approach things in very different ways and it’s hard to think who about them would give first if they would disagree about something important.
In the event of an AU where tiny!Steve makes sense to be featured instead of Supersoldier!Steve, I’d be really happy with it.
Since this is an AU gift exchange, I have a request (that you can feel free to ignore): I do love War Machine, but I have a thing for Rhodey as Iron Man where Tony was “just” the builder, but Rhodey was the wearer of the suit all along (was he captured together with Tony? What about the Arc Reactor?) Or, maybe Tony decides to step back and Rhodey takes over him to be Iron Man?
I'm happy with any rating.
- STEVE/TONY
Steve's my favorite character, and I'd love the story to be focused either mostly on Steve, or on both Steve and Tony equally. I love skinny!Steve featured in AUs and divergent canon AUs, though I'm cool with Serum!Steve too. I love dark and hurt/comfort scenarios, and I’d rather Steve to be the one hurt, kidnapped, tortured, angsting, etc.
I love dysfunctional pairings and Steve and Tony’s dynamic is great for the dysfunctional. :) Still, Civil War was too much dysfunctionality for me too (it hit many DNWs to be honest) so I’d really prefer if you make them make peace, I have enough of them fighting each other, or it would be even better if they were on the same side all along! Fix-its are my jam! Another option is if you skip/erase the Civil War altogether, if you want. I don’t know, maybe after Winter Soldier, instead of Civil War,
If your story has high rating, I'd prefer Top!Tony or Dom!Tony, though any rating from teen to explicit is fine with me.
