What i really want is a nice custom made bass, fretless, Ebony neck, passive pickups for a nice wood upright sound. So im more just curious what brands you feel are greatest.

You know how I roll, I like me some good ol fashion rock. One of the best basses in my mind is the Music Man - Sting ray. But I wouldnt complain even if I had a decent P bass or any Fender, but like I said, You know how I roll.
Warwick is a great brand but they have some crazy basses but they do have some good basses.
