Greetings All,
I've been posting to this site way too much - i have no life.
So the summer was really fun - i really enjoyed the six weeks a jesuit program.
i'm always really late when i apply for osap, this year was no exception - so now i have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for money.
it's great to get back to ottawa - the roommates and i play so much starcraft. last night was a sickening dislpay tho, a 4 hr single came ending at 6:30am -- haha, much fun tho :-S
So I am taking this Jesuit thing pretty seriously. For those who don't know much history - the Jesuits are the biggest Catholic Religious Order and is comprised mostly of Priests (there are some religious brothers). (
http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/14081a.htm ) The Formation process is a lengthy one - and on average takes 10-14 years. The formation begins with 2 years at the novitiate (after which you are considered a Jesuit and can put that noble S.J. behind your name) - this thanksgiving i am not going home because i am going to visit the novitiate.
I ask for your prayers.
Pax,
Michael
