A kankle- not 2 but 1

goddamn....how long does a sprained ankle take to heal?
its been like a week and i still have a kankle.
and its all greeish blue.
oh and dont ever hop a fence when you have a sprained ankle.
it doesnt feel good.
i know, i did it.
and then tripped in a pot hole.
