so 12 dollars plus shipping? haha. I know i probably shouldn't be spending the last of my money buying it but it's too gorgeous! :)
and what payment method do you want to use? I don't really like PayPal, but getting money orders overseas has proven to be diffucult. so... Paypal or what?
