AP issue 249
It's the AP Tour 2009 "100 Bands You Need To Know" one! It either has The Maine, Family Force 5, or 3OH!3 on it. (The subscriber's cover is the singers from The Maine, Family Force 5, 3OH!3, Hit the Lights, and A Rocket to the Moon)
If you're not willing to sell me the issue, you can just sell me the one page I want from it :-)
I am also looking for this issue, and the poster version of the cover that was sold at the AP Tour 2008
