What would shipping to the US be for the 8th March 2008 issue of NME?

Hey hun, got a few different prices for you!

By airmail it would be £3.64 ($6) but it's literally 3 grams away from the next price up, so it COULD be £3.88 ($6.41) depending on the envelope.

By surface mail it would be £1.84 ($3.05), so loads cheaper lol. However, surface mail takes I think around 4 weeks, sometimes longer?

Also would like PayPal fees to be added if that's okay, cause unfortunately I can't afford to pay to get rid of the magazine lol. :-p Unless you paid personal payment, of course.

Oh, I'm sorry! It probably got lost in my inbox (I have like 500 unread messages) D:
Um, but surface mail would be fine with me; the only problem is my mom deleted her paypal account and I haven't made one yet. If there's another way to pay, that'd be perfect. If not, would you mind waiting until I got my debit card in the mail and was able to set up my paypal? :/
