Mike Celluci felt tears sting to his eyes as his ex-partner, former lover slapped him hard across the face. His usual anger that would spring forth for being assaulted disappeared with a wisp of smoke. He was angry though, but not about the slap. He was sure he deserved it.
His anger was now towards himself. His jealous had hurt Vicki in the way he never wanted or expected. He was so blinded by the fact that Vicki seemed to be choosing Henry Fitzroy over him, that he didn’t trust the little voice in his head that told him not to trust Javier Mendoza. Despite if he liked it or not, he was going to have to do everything in his power to make sure he fixed that mistake.
