Eden liked people who believed the rumor that vampires didn’t like the sun. She could then use sph 500 (a vampire girl’s best friend) and enjoy the warm sunshine without someone thinking anything of it.
When people found out she was a vampire, they tended to ask her a lot of stupid questions. She would rather them think she was a normal person. She was lucky to unlike some vampires, because out in the sun her skin could sometimes develop a soft tan.
Eden would rather spend as many days as she could sunbathing. It was a lot more fun than having to work. Answering calls from baby vampires could be nerve wrecking sometimes, they just needed to stop acting like whiny, deprived teenagers and be comfortable with the powers they had. Not every vampire was meant to have the same skill set, if that was the true, they might as all well be robots.
They could have their stupid parlor tricks. Eden would enjoy the warm sunshine, and the feeling that she was in charge of her own life, and her own destiny.
