Mike Celluci was stretched out sleeping on a couch in Henry Fitzroy’s apartment. So, he didn’t hear the door open, and a second later Henry was leaning over the sleeping form of the detective.
Henry kissed Mike on his forehead, and a pair of blue eyes opened and looked up at the vampire.
Mike sat up on the couch, “Hey.” He said with a yawn.
Henry sat down next to him, and pulled Mike into a deep kiss. “How long have you been waiting?”
Mike glanced at his watch. “A couple of hours, I figured it wouldn’t take all night to convince Vicki’s narcissistic client to use all three wishes from the genie. I didn’t mean to fall asleep on the couch. “He leaned over and kissed Henry softly on the lips.
“It’s okay, you look cute sleeping.” Henry ran his fingers through Mike’s hair. “We have the whole night to play.”
