Hi there...can I come back?
Mom and I (my mom has been here since Wednesday, lovely visit!) were watching "House Hunters International" a couple nights back. This family moved from Australia to Hong Kong and they were looking for a new home. It reminded me of mysteena's year in China. So I popped into LJ to find some of her entries (I wish she'd put them in a book...it was such a great year of reading LJ).
It made me realize just how much I miss LJ. Part of the reason I wasn't posting was the annoying ads. Then it was the problems (also supposedly happening right now) and then the overwhelming issue of having Facebook/Blogger/Etsy/Work Stuff/LJ...I was really tired of all the online stuff! Trying to keep up with it all. So annoying. So I've decided to just use LJ instead of Blogger. I can post from LJ to Facebook.
Oh and in the past I've always used LJ as a way to enable my whining. Bah, again, annoying. Since I started using Blogger, I've censored myself tremendously and tried to post things with real content instead of me just carrying on about whatever drama I've created.
So I'm hoping that I can bring that same awareness back to LJ. We'll see...
I'll try to do a catch up post later. Mom flies home today and I've got cats and kittens running amock in Mike's man-cave.
