GO RED FOR WOMEN
The Bank is selling these pins for $1 each as part of the America Heart Associations GO RED FOR WOMEN campaign. Last year, I offered to buy pins for anyone who wanted one. This year, I will glady do the same. Just reply if you would like a pin, I would be happy to donate the dollar and pick one up for you.
Each February the American Heart Association runs the Go Red for Women campaign. This program seeks to raise funds and awareness to the fact that Heart Disease is the nation's #1 killer of women. Companies are encouraged to have days where employees donate money to dress casual - and hopefully wear something RED - to raise much needed funds for the AHA, but also to bring about awareness to this concern.
