Thanks so much for writing one of my prompts!! Hopefully you can find something interesting in them. I'm new-ish to the fandom so this is a brave new world for me.
What I like: Sam is my favourite (he's just such a cupcake) but I love Dean too so nothing where they're truly mean or horrible to each other, please. I read lots of hurt!Sam fiction (what can I say, my love is sadistic... as long as it all works out in the end and he gets the cuddles he deserves) but I also have a soft spot for funny and slightly outlandish crack fic. My favourite seasons are probably 5, 2 and 8 in that order (is that useful info? who knows) so there's no particular era I'm wedded to - I'm not super-crazy about wee!Chesters but sometimes it's cute. My least favourite is season 7 (I'm not alone in that, right?), I thought the Leviathan were stupid and annoying and not really scary. But I highly doubt anybody would want to write a Leviathan-focused fic.
This is basically the most non-specific letter of all time. I'm just not so fussy. I like most of the secondary characters (especially Bobby, Charlie, and Cas when he's in 'my "people skills" are "rusty"' hilarity mode). I'm not crazy about outsider POV but I have read some good fics with it so just GO WITH YOUR GUT and I am sure what you produce will be lovely. I'm very excited! And please ask if you have any questions which I have failed to answer.
