you my dear, are being ridiculous, I honestly loved your icon. think about it this way, the idea of calling a candy vitamins is contradictory in itself, something is wrong with that picture, so its only fitting that the word vitamins is misspelled.
See, it all makes sense. Believe me, it was no "sympathy" banner or anything of the sort.
It a matter of me being from a non-english speaking country and it only shows all the language discrimination.....Write english or youre screwed and voted out...
well, unfortunately that is the "american mentality" its fucked up believe me. its like people attacking others in communities and judging them for a simple mistake. It is all quite ridiculous to me, in fact, if I didn't have spell check set on my browser I would hardly spell anything right.
for what its worth, i love the icon, i am always in awe of everything you come up with.
If it makes you feel any better, my icon was voted out because of ignorance of an iconic symbol that no one got. Guess we're not quite at that recognition of both microsoft and macintosh stuff yet.
It didn't bother me that vitamins was misspelled on yours, to be honest. I thought it was cute. I'm an elementary education major, and children are so quick to add extra letters to things (extra silent Es and things), so while it was an unintentional mistake, it added to the childhood theme of it.
Also, it made me think 'these aren't your vitamins, they're vitaMINES. you can't have any.'
If it makes YOU feel any better too, I've seen your symbol. And I guess it was really plain :)) but I was wrong:)) I'm almost sure, that they are blind:))
