Work was kinda fun today, since there were pretty much no customers and the time passed quickly. I mostly chatted with Phil, who is like the Jack Black from High Fidelity of the store.
I started reading The Road last night. I'm less than 50 pages in and I'm already beginning to think this is one of the best books I've ever read. The prose is somewhat hard to get into for the first few pages because it reads alot like poetry. But once I got used to it, I was pretty blown away by it. Theres a passage where the father in the story gives his son his first soda and it's just so amazingly beautiful.
Speaking of things that are quite good, the Juno soundtrack is the best soundtrack I've heard in awhile.
