Satellite Dish Veil

-I'd been searching around for a different headband to wear to the wedding, and I ordered one today on Etsy.  Mama bought me a veil when I got the dress, but I finally confessed that I don't think I like it anymore.  It feels ridiculous and like a satellite landed on my head, and so I'll probably go with this less over the top headband. The headband feels more like me.  Other wedding crisis, the makeup artist that I paid $50 to hold our wedding date stopped responding to any message I sent so I had to scramble and find someone new.  The good news is that I definitely prefer the new one's style, and she can also do my hair!  Today, I feel like things work out for a reason.  Final wedding woes for this update, PSA--if you do not know that the wording of a wedding invite tells you specifically who is invited to the wedding, do a bride a favor and google this right now.  This will prevent her from thinking you're a pain in the ass wedding guest and save her a headache.  Also, Mother Mary, please don't assume your kids are invited to a wedding.  Please Jesus, don't let me be a parent who assumes my kids are invited everywhere.  Lord, help me not be an oblivious absorbed parent someday.

-I'd been eyeing this Phillip Lim for Target dress for several weeks and finally decided to go buy it.  It was, of course, sold out in my size. I usually wear a large, but I tried on the medium, and it was just a teeny bit too small.  Kelly suggested we go back and buy the medium and use it as incentive for this stupid exercise thing he has me doing (basically, he just makes me be accountable and go to the gym which I bitch about but kind of appreciate).  We go back, of course, it's totally gone.  ALL SOLD OUT.  I tried to find it online, but you couldn't order it there, and I was having a diva "I have to have this dress" moment, and glory, I found it on ebay!  It was more expensive (duh), but I like it quite a bit so whatever. I want this shirt too, but it's also sold out and I'm not willing to pay more for it.  Basically, I'm crazy about the entire collection.

-Confession:  I ordered three bags of ginger candy online after The Happy Show.

-Confession:  I want to try these new sleep sprays by Febreze.  Lavender really is so soothing.  I drink the sleepytime extra tea at night, and I'm out.  Coupled with my new fluffy comforter, I may never get out of bed.

-My two aunts and my grandma (Jo Jo) are coming down this weekend to spend a weekend in Memphis doing my favorite things before wedding time.  Promises to be fun!
